About Support at MadTek Associates

Non-critical and development requests fall outside the boundary of free support. Time with our consultants is billed by the hour. When you call, the consultant will estimate your support request and send you a written estimate.

The exception to hourly charges for consulting time is our paid support plan. Your hosting can come with paid live support. If you have an advanced solution especially with Plone, Productcart or Joomla products, we recommend that you tap into our expertise.

Our support plans are limited to our hosting customers.
